What is Express Service?

Express Service is designed to make your service experience FASTER and MORE CONVENIENT for the following maintenance services on a WHILE YOU WAIT basis:
  • Oil & Filter Change
  • Headlight & Taillight Bulbs
  • Wiper Blades
  • Cabin Filters
  • Batteries
  • Air Filters

If you are in a hurry or have additional service requests and wish to drop off your vehicle, our main Service Dept can handle your service needs. And we still provide shuttle service and economical rental vehicles. Either way, our helpful, courteous staff is committed to making your service experience EXCEPTIONAL at Greenwich Honda.

Where do I go for Express Service?

Our main Service Department entrance remains the same. We will have a dedicated Express Service Department located directly across the street from the Honda New Car Showroom. On the corner of Mason Street and Railroad Ave. All Express Service will be performed at this location and all larger services and repairs will be performed in our Main Service Area.

How does Express Service work?

You will be greeted by our Express Service Advisor who will expedite the processing of your Service request. A porter will transport your vehicle to our Express Service area where our team of trained professionals will perform the needed service maintenance specific to your vehicles requirements. Using the latest tools, technology and training our Technicians will be able to perform a complete service and a comprehensive inspection within 30 minutes. Once your vehicle service has been completed, your Service Advisor will inform you that your vehicle service has been completed and can pay the Cashier at that time. Your vehicle will then be delivered to you outside of the Express Service Entrance doors.

Do I need to schedule an appointment for Express Service?

No. You do not need to schedule an appointment.

What if I need additional services other than an Oil Change or the other service's listed above?

All Minor, Intermediate, and Major Service's will be performed at our Main Location. As well as any other repairs you vehicle may require.

Why is Express Service so much FASTER?

We utilize a team of trained Technicians to work on your vehicle, which greatly reduces the amount of time necessary to service your Honda while still performing all factory recommended procedures and inspections. You will receive a copy of our Comprehensive Inspection and will be informed of any imminent or future service needs.

Does Express Service cost more?

No. We will still provide you with the same great value and quality service but in a faster and efficient manner.
